Ordering & Payment

  • Browse our hampers and gift boxes, select your preferred option, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through entering delivery details, payment, and confirmation.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and other payment options displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If your hamper has not yet been packed or dispatched, we may be able to modify or cancel. Please contact us immediately via email or phone.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Yes, we provide nationwide UK delivery. Your hamper will be shipped from our base in Northumberland to your chosen address. Delivery charges are displayed at the checkout page.

  • We offer next-day delivery (where possible) for many orders, subject to cut-off times and location. For more remote areas, slightly longer transit times may apply.

  • The courier will typically leave a “calling card” with instructions (e.g. to re-arrange delivery or collect from a local depot). If you'd like, you can also provide safe place instructions or an alternate delivery address in the notes.
